Slide Out

I have a 3500RL we bought it used last spring it's an 08. The problem I'm having is one of the living room slide is not going all the way out to seal. It's wide enough to side your hand down the hole length of the left side. It is on the passive side of the slide. Any one have this problem and what did you do to fix it. I checked the Lippert booklet but was unable to move it out.

On the slide frame, there are slotted bolt holes. They can be loosened to allow some movement to get at your problem. The slots on one side are probably not long enough to make up all the gap, so It may require adjusting both sides and then the cylinder stroke may need adjusting too.
It can get complicated and take some fussing. Consider a good dealer to have it done. Hopefully the frame is not bent badly.
I had a similar issue with a slide. Not as big a gap as you have. A cupboard door was left open when closing the slide. I was able to get it back to normal.
Good luck with it.

It's possible someone has had the drive for the passive side apart and gotten it out of time.

Thanks for the replies. I think when we get to our winter home I'll check to see if I can get it fixed. It hasn't bothered but now I know about it and will bug me until I get it fixed or some resolution on it.
