The crack in the filon skin on the lower left corner of the bedroom slide was pretty common till about 05 (???) when they put an expansion seam in the filon skin in that area. I know you have the front living room model, but the slides are in about the same place. My 2000 2850RK developed one about 2 years into ownership, but Keystone paid for the repair. Do a search for cracks in the skin ... some of the old posts should show up. I had no frame cracks ... just the flexing of the skin in that area along with the narrow dimension of the skin there.
