My high school car was a 69 RS 4 speed camaro.........bought for $2,500.00. A few years later bought a 67 Ford Fastback complete with original magnesium Shelby R wheels and suspension for $6,000.00..............I wish I had kept both.

Had a '73 Plymouth Duster with just over 200 miles on it in high school. Bought it from a little old lady who lost her husband after the original purchase new. Started with a slant 6, then 318cc, then 440cc bored .80 over with shaved heads. It could pass everything but a gas station.
Full disclosure, my dad was a machinist in his second childhood when I was young.
