Wall mount shower head holder ?
Our OEM shower head gave up the ghost this past weekend and we bought an Oxygenics head. Works great, but it does not fit snugly into the OEM shower handle mount. The Oxygenics came with a wall mount holder and I need to figure out the best way to mount it to the fiberglass shower wall. It came with 3M sticky mount but I also want to use screws. I plan to drill pilot holes. Any suggestions for location? Any chance to hit a stud back there?

If the sticky mount will work that’s what I would use. Drilling into the shower may cause a problem. Never know what u might drill into.

We found that the shower hose that came with camper fit out Oxy shower head/handle so it sits in the cradle fine. Maybe your old hose will fit too.
Re installing a new bracket, it may be possible to get to the back side of the shower wall. Our shower bar that came with the camper has always been loose at the bottom bc it was only screwed in the fiberglass. I finally cut thru the 1/8 ply of the cabinet besides the shower (shower is to the right of the cabinet) and used marine epoxy to glue a pc of wood to the shower wall. Drilled one hole in the wood prior to install and used one screw to make sure it was aligned. Then drilled the second hole after it was snugged to the fiberglass. Reinstalled the panel with some trim painted to match the panel. (Picture of the new wood block shows a stud nearby but the gap to the shower wall was 1 5/8” and not exactly aligned to the screws. I considered adding a block to the stud as an alternate solution. A bit tight working in there).

Ooops...the original hose is at the landfill. The new one LOOKED exactly the same...but I guess a Chinese millimeter here and a Chinese millimeter there makes a big difference.
The back side of my shower is the finish wall in the bedroom. I will try the 3M-stickum first...if that doesn't work, maybe a wall anchor sort of like this...or as suggested like the experts here!

If the 3M tape doesn't work, you might try using a waterproof epoxy instead of the 3M stuff on the hanger to shower wall. The epoxy should give a much stronger bond to the fiberglass.

Looks like there are good ideas on mounting the new holder.
In case it helps, checked the OEM hose for our unit and noticed it has an o-ring to make it fit better in the holder. I don’t remember if the white washer was OEM or if it came with the Oxy unit. I say this in case you can fit something over your new hose end or in the holder.

My shower pole is a bit different, and you might be able to see the tiny difference in the holders. The new one is slightly bigger than the old one. I'm still thinking about what to do. I might go walk Home Depot and see if they have something that a I can use or adapt.

Way outside the box:
Try some epoxy dip for tool handles on your hose end.
Not sure what colors are available.

I pushed the easy button and bought a replacement shower hose at Home Depot. It fits the OEM holder real good. The replacement hose cost $32, but what the hey, it’s my kids inheritance I’m trying to spend away. The hose that did not fit is going to Goodwill.
