Problems with new 3854BR

About a month into the new trailer. Very happy so far. The only real issue has been the new furrion chef’s oven. Once in a while it will stay lit but most of the time it dies out. I’m pretty sure it’s the heat regulator (thermostat?). It gets near temp and shuts off the gas (pilot light goes out). Doesn’t matter what temp it is. Gas pressure is ok, and all 3 burners on the range work great. Checked several threads and read how the vent was an issue for someone. I fully removed the vent and replaced per the install instructions. It seemed to have been installed properly. Other than the oven and a folding chair that collapsed and broke through the wood where the pins go in with my 160 lb son, I’ve had no issues. Wish I could fix the oven. Living in it full time now so can’t take it anywhere for warranty/repair. Called furrion customer service and all they would say is take it to a dealer. No real troubleshooting help. Thinking of just ordering new thermostat and trying that.

There is a thermocouple that senses whether the pilot light is lit or not. Try moving the thermocouple more into the flame of the pilot.
