Bushnell, Florida. Blueberry Hill

We have reserved a pull through site for February and March 2020 at Blueberry Hill RV Resort in Bushnell, Florida. It is a Sun Resort property has anyone stayed there? Is it a good location for the winter? Are there bike trails and kayaking near bye?

Thanks

Bushnell is a nice area.We were Camp Host at the Dade Battlefield State Park (Bushnell) last year - so, be sure to check it out. Also, take a drive up The Villages: Nice shopping (A Fresh Market) and lots of great restaurants.

Enjoy.

Oh, as far as Kayaking and Bike Trails - you are not too far from Homosassa (45 mins) and it is worth the trip to see the Manatees, go kayaking etc... It is a beautiful area.

We wintered at Blueberryhill for 4 years back when the park was privately owned. You will love it. A super walmart is walking distance away. The pull thru are up front. We were always in the back ins that is in the back. They have the biggest and nice club house I've seen.
I think there is a rails to trails just south of Blueberryhill. There is a bridge over the interstate that is bike trail. You can also ride the sidewalk down to main Bushnell. Back before WIFI we would ride bikes to library to use computer.
If you like to shoot pool there are I believe four pool tables in pool room.
Bear in mind this was about 15 years ago.
