Leaf Springs

In doing a visual check on the Monty, I discovered that the two springs on the road side are not aligned on top of each other. The front spring on the curb is also like that. Pulling the trailer, it seems to be pulling straight and riding smooth. Can this be corrected or are new springs needed. I've never seen leaf springs looking like this on a trailer or vehicle. Nothing appears broken or sagging.
