Welcome aboard! Our 305RL is a 2018. We've really enjoyed it with very few problems. Sorry to hear you've got some issues. What have you had to fix?

Leveling system

I'm new to posting, my wife posts. So there is leveling issue with my trailer. First it a 3231CK, ordered it last year. Almost a year old. So I push auto level it does it's thing. The level at the front I have to manually raise to get front to back leveled. Can anyone tell me how to recalibrate. I'd appreciate any input.

Gary,

Download the Lippert app or call their customer service - they will walk you through it.

Zero Point Calibration differs depending on the type of leveling system you have.

The 4 point electric Ground Control system uses the 5 front/5 rear procedure as described in the etrailer link above.

Your Montana has the 6 point hydraulic Level Up system and uses a 10 front/10 rear procedure.

A link to the LCI manual describing the process is in the Files Section on Page #9 of this document https://www.montanaowners.com/forums...?do=file&id=62

To save some time, here is a snip of the instructions on Page #9

Had to replace both front landing gear. apparently they were bent enough to make them have issues during leveling. An issue I fought with for the first few months of owning it. But now it levels nicely every time. Refer not cooling, that is now fixed. A tire blowout, yes tires need to be changed when they are old not matter how good they look. Insurance took care of the damage from that. But friends and family came to the rescue so the weekend trip still turned out good. Oh and for those of you that don't know. Your spare tire will have grooves in the side of the tire if it is under the 5th wheel for too long. Most current issue is the drivers side slide (large slide) will not move. Other slides are working fine. Installed new motor, still no move. I can move it manually. But there is no power to the motor. Neighbor is coming over to look at it this week.
