In your other post you wrote the black tank flush was not in use and the toilet overflowed. It makes a difference in the cleanup depending on which situation occurred.

I suspect you have a Thetford toilet which is known to not close the water valve and fill the bowl. The overflow then is clean water and much easier to clean up and dry out. In this case, I would remove everything from the passthru compartment, dry it up as best as possible and then use fans or a dehumidifier to finish it off. I also recommend you replace the Thetford with a Dometic 310/320 toilet otherwise you will get to do this again. Lots of posts here on that overflow problem.

DKGantz - I swapped out my Thetford toilet for a Dometic 320 in the front/main
bath.

However - be warned! The Dometic will not fit in my half bath (same as yours). I added a water shut off valve using sharkbite connections so that when my Thetford goes bad I can shut the water off before it floods the lower level.
