I got the shaft
Dear Friends:
We received our 3280RL “dessert sun set” we ordered it and waited 8 weeks when it came in the accent colors and the wallpaper boarder where different than what we were told we would receive. The floor safe in the closet is now a fire safe under the bed; very hard to get to.
My wife put a lot of time and effort to getting the right accessories. Our dealer offered to change the wall boarder but that would look even worse. I fault the Dealer and Keystone for the zero communication. If the run at the plant was changed it should have been communicated to the dealers, and Keystone knows the difference between special orders and dealer stock. All I can say is the day the RV came was one of the worst day we as a couple have ever had. We put a lot of time and money into the Montana dream and we got craped on and used.
