Soft floor kitchen

Noticed soft floor in kitchen area in corner to right of frig and next to cabinet that houses water heater behind door. Frig is in slide. Of course, water heater is enclosed behind door. Hopefully, pic is attached. Searched underneath the frig inside and underneath on outside under water heater. Checked ice maker line and can see no leaks. No moisture noticed anywhere. The area is about one foot by half foot. No moisture present on "laminate" floor. Also looked at slide rubber seals and nothing found. Any ideas will be appreciated.
