Faded Decals...How do I replace them

So my 2013 Montana 3100rl has seen more than it's share of sun, and the decals are showing it. I found a shop in Yuma Arizona that is willing to paint the cab for $1000 which I am told is a good price. Problem is, no one has decals for that year, and any effort to paint a reasonable copy of it is quite costly and hard to do. Does anyone have a contact for those decals or any ideas of how to deal with this issue? As I am closing in on 10 years for my rig, I am aware some campgrounds will bar me from staying there with an unattractive vehicle.

We have a 2006 3400rl we purchased new. It is still in great shape and instead of buying another we kept it. To freshen it up we decided to forgo the original decals to "modernize" the look of our rig. As part of the project we had a local company that does vehicle wraps install 3M material in dark brown metal flake along the lower sides edge and on the "insides" of the slides that were previously all white. We had the cap painted a dark metal flake brown color matched to the 3M side decals but bought Cap decals from keystone (via dealer). We got the Montana High Country (comes as a set) used the "mountain" decal and "montana" decals. Didn't use the "High Country". The price was suprising reasonable.
I get how some RV parks don't want older eyesores in the park but our rig now looks "modern" and can easily pass for 5 years old or less. Plus it is now unique.
The fun part was removing the decals. There are plenty of threads on that subject.

A good starting point is to go to Ebay and search Montana decals and there are dozens of options.

I have an ‘04 that is in good shape yet and have considered something like this…

Do you have pictures of your rig? If so please share! Would love to see it!

We used a company called iCandy. They did the reproduction of the original side "scene" with the mountains and "montana" name. The scene graphic was just ok. If I have to do it over I'd get the ones on Ebay. We chose premium 3M wrap material for the bottom side stripes and side swoosh graphics (silver + brown). Also used same 3M wrap material on all of the sides of the slides so they are brownish metalflake instead of plain white. Bonus is it doesn't show the dirt that magically appears there. This was a first of this type of project for the company we used and I don't think they knew what they were getting themselves into...I don't think they would do it again. They removed all the old graphics-I'm sure they lost money on the amount of manhours expended.
Our local RV dealer is Tri-Am Ocala. They did the repaint of the front cap color matched to the metal flake 3M wrap with clear overcoat. All of the white vinyl trim was replaced with black to reduce the red mildew the white shows over time. Tri-Am did an excellent job, wasn't cheap though.
The goal was to make our unit look more "modern" and avoid the parks that restrict rigs older than 10 years without cause. I'm calling it a 2016 for now. No park has questioned me on that based on appearance. This project was completed about 3 years ago if memory serves me correctly.

Wow! That looks great! I would call it a 2016.5 Special Limited Edition!
They only made 1 that year.

Very nice upgrade! Makes it look like a new model!

Not sure what wrapping costs (I am NOT asking) but I sure like the results. Not sure if it is worth it freshening up my '04 or not, but now I know what it could look like!

Thank you for sharing!

We feel that if you are happy with what you have and it meets your needs keep it. Yes, the newer ones are beautiful and have more upgrades...but mine has been good over the years and didn't have any major issues other than age related things that are to be expected. Our friends with SOB 5th wheel have a very nice and very expensive 5ver that is a lemon. A quick trip on the internet to see pricing on new ones also makes it an easier decison to keep ours. Best of all it's paid for!
That being said - if Santa brought me a new one I would probably take it.
