Confusing kitchen table in 2019 5th wheel

I have a kitchen table that has a 10 in addition on the end, you have to lift the table top to bring it out. It also has a wood knob on one side. It looks like it should do more because of all the metal underneath, but I can't figure it out. It wasn't covered in the walk thru. Any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance, bill

If you are standing in front of the table facing the exterior if the RV place right hand on the side of the table. Using your left hand pull the round knob out (or to the left) then gently pull the entire table towards you. It extends the table

The table top also lifts up to store things under it.
Make sure the table is locked in the stow position before traveling. If it slides out it will scratch up your island or whatever it runs against.
