Suburban Oven Problem
I have a Suburban SR3L cooktop/oven combo on our Montana. Oven starts properly, pilot increases in intensity, then after a short period, burner lights properly, steady flame all around burner.
After the oven reaches set temp and then cools down enough for burner to restart, it doesn't light properly. The pilot increases in intensity (like it should) and when the burner tries to restart, it "flickers". By that I mean it lights, flame spreads, and then flame out. This process continually repeats while temperature is not maintained.
I managed to find a new safety switch, and replacing it did not solve the issue. Must be the thermostat/temp assembly...I think. Anyone have any suggestions?
I cannot find a replacement thermostat although I have the Suburban part number 161159. Part is obsolete. Would buy a whole manifold if I could find one, can't find part number. Can anyone help with part number/availability/interchangability?
Otherwise, plan 3 is new oven, which hurts the wallet!
Edit: I believe Lp pressure is fine, new tank regulator 1 year ago, plus when oven burner is full on, I am able to light all three burners without effecting intensity of oven burner.
