Converter hissing

So why is my converter making a hissing sound, sounds like an air leak. I pulled off the cover and looked around couldn’t see anything wrong and it’s warm but not hot. Also the circuit board fans aren’t running. Camper is a 2017 3911fb. Everything is working fine just the hissing sound.

I had one that sounds like water sizzling in a pan. Manufacturer said it was normal.

It was in my old MH and only did it when on 30AMP out in Quartzite. I think there was a problem with the power pedestal. Has yours always done this or just started?

Just started/noticed a few hours ago, we’re at a seasonal camp site.

Having owned a dozen trailers or fifthwheels over the past 30 years, the only converter noise we have ever heard is the fan.

Same for me. If you don't have an EMS I would check the power at the pedestal somehow. With all the heat that's out there some parks are going to have low voltage.
