Screen Door Catching

2020 3120RL, my screen door when closed to the outer door, catches on the jamb. To better explain, the handle of the screen door locks to the outer door in a notch. It appears the handle of the screen door is not being pushed down far enough to retract the latch completely.
The result is that when you open the outer door it catches and doesn't open freely.
I made a temporary fix by taping some cardboard to the top of the screen handle.

Anyone have a similar problem and have a suggestion for a better fix?

happened on mine as well. Of of the screws in the top hinge of the screen door was stripped so it was sagging just a little. Dealer fixed it and now no problem. I've also had screen doors sag a bit because the hinges are bent down just slightly. I've tweeked them back up and had it resolve. Be careful on that one, though.

My screen gets like that when the trailer isn't leveled correctly.

Seems like being unlevel would affect the outer door as well as screen? My fix is working well and the screen doesn't seem to be out of alignment which makes me think it's wear on the handle so it doesn't engage on the outer door. Still thinking about a permanent fix.
