Vicki made up some forms in MS Word that contain information about who we are, what park and site we are at, phone numbers (ours and our kids'), etc. When we reach a new park she pencils in the info for the new location and has me put it in my wallet. If something should happen to me when I'm running errands, someone would see how to reach her, etc. This also could contain medical information where appropriate.
