Gray water tank

We are new members and our first camper. After our weekend of camping at Huntington Island, SC we dumped all our black and gray water tanks. Last day the center island kitchen sink backed up. Indicators after dump shows gray tank 1 empty and gray water tank 2 full. Back at our home parked in the drive way to do some maintenance. The unit is a 2012 Montana High County 313RE with very low hours or usage. Any advice a big thank you.

The drain handle for grey tank 2 is just forward of the tires on the drivers side in most models.

First, welcome to the forums and you'll find this is a great place for help with pretty much any problem you'll be experiencing with your new Montana.

You'll be asked a lot of questions for clarity sake. Questions asked are to help assist you as we all have different years and different models of Montana. But the basics of all of these campers is still the same, and eventually, someone will hit your nail right on the head.

With that said, I think the first question to ask you is, do all your drains join into one exit point. You may have 3 separate pull valves, one for each grey tank and one for the black tank. Or do you have 2 only pull valves where both grey tanks are joined together for one grey and one black?

Then, where you hook up your sewer hose, do you have only 1 sewer hose hook-up, or do you have 2?

It sounds like you may have a 3rd pull valve you've not located yet. Just my initial guess.

Others will chime in. So, how many pull valves have you located? Let's start with that.

On our 2010 and 2017 the kitchen drain was just infront of the tires and on the 2017 it's back there far enough you have to bend over to find it, on our 2013 it is just behind the tires.
