Questions about condition of a rig

Hi all! I am communicating with a seller about a 2009 3400RL. They had been full-timing in it for 4 years.

She sent me a bunch of pics and these are some of the conditions that I saw, that I wonder about:

1. There is a patch on the nose, about the size of a hand.
2. Tear is underbelly about 18" long. I wonder about water intrusion during transit, when it rains or mud puddles, etc.
3. The fabric under one of the slides looks to be torn slightly. Does this indicate a problem?

Patch on front cap probably due to towing with short bed truck and no slider hitch. It can be invisible when done right. The repair was probably done to keep water out as a priority. Tear in und underbelly - the coroplast bottoms can be cleaned in that area with isopropyl alcohol and then covered with black gorilla tape, which will stay in place. Fabric worn or torn under slide - could be result of blowout, slide little out of adjustment if on an end part of bottom. Can be covered with many different products.
