Toilet leaks - Dometic 310

I just started to notice water around the base of my Dometic 310 toilet.

I live full-time in my 2011 Montana Mountaineer 347THT since April 2022. The RV has not been moved in over 4 months since July.

After I flushed with the foot pedal, I noticed 2 things happened:
1. A tiny bit of water started to show around the base
2. Water drops from under the foot pedal valve area, then stopped

If I do nothing and the toilet just sits, there's no dripping or water. It seems to only happen after I flush with the foot pedal.

There is no water around the pex water line inlet valve, no water around where the bowl meets the base. If I don't flush the toilet, everything seems to stay dry.

The interior of the RV stays around 68 degrees, I live in it full-time so it's not like the valve split from a freeze.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,

Looks like it might have been the inlet valve.

I had a spare on-hand and just swapped it out. So far no leaks around the base and no dripping when pushing the foot pedal flush. So far...

The last time I replaced the inlet valve was June 2019, almost 3 years ago.

Good to keep spares of these valves on-hand.

BTW, IMO only use the genuine Dometic 385311641 valve. I had bad luck with the knock-off compatible brands, those leaked terribly.

Also, I had put in a ball-valve shut-off a between the supply line and the inlet valve, and it was one of my best mods I made along with the bidet I installed. :-)

Check behind it for a small white plastic anti siphon vacuum breaker valve. I had one that leaked only when you flushed. It is possible to change it without removing the toilet. You have to work blind, by touch.
First time I replaced it. A year later it leaked again.
I filled the vent hole in the top (where it was leaking from) with self leveling dicor (what I had on hand). Then duct taped it closed.
No more leak...
Also putting a 1/4 turn shut off valve on the pex supply line is a good idea. Sometimes the flush valves fail and leak into the toilet overflowing them.
