One cell phone or two?

Glen is less than two weeks from retirement. Yeah!! He is of the opinion that we will no longer need to have two cellphones, one for each of us. His idea is that we will be together so much of the time that only one will be needed. He fails to turn his phone on most of the time so why does he need one?? What has been your experience with your cell phones after retirement, with both of you at home either in the Monty or the stick house?
