Yellowing exhaust fan vent

This may have been discussed previously, but wanted to post my discovery. While cleaning the silicone all around the Monty I found that what I was using really removed the yellowing on the exhaust fan vent. It also removed the same yellowing of the moulding along the side of the Dodge. Returned both to a nice white color.

Product given to us at Samborees in WI and IA in our goodie bags.
Product: Crown RV and Boat Cleaner & Black Streak Remover. Just FYI.

An alternate to this topic is remove the vent as well as your porch light, clean them up good, then paint them with white paint made for plastic. Replace them on the fiver and seal as needed. You'll not have to deal wth the yellowing again.

What is "Samborees" ?

Samborees are a Good Sam Jamboree or Rally! dieselguy, you going to have to leave Kansas someday and get to know the rest of the camping world! If you came up to the Central Plains Rally next this week we could have taught you this! LOL
While at The Rally in Louisville, KY last month there was a guy going around showing off his product. He would put it on a microfiber cloth and wipe the rubber trim around the rvs in the area and it took that mold or black stuff right off the rubber. It also cleaned the silicon areas that turn dark after you reseal something around the unit. I don't have it yet but I will be getting ahold of him and get some of this stuff!

Rondo ... someday I will get a full tank of diesel and venture out into the world ... until then, I still have to punch the time clock for a few more years. The choice for vacation time now is the lake or a rally ... so far the lake wins.

A $1 bottle of Awesome from the Dollar Store will do the same thing. Just have to be careful and dilute it for black streaks cause it will remove everything and leave white streaks.
