Call the company, many have reported great results dealing with them, including yours truly.

Sorry don't have the # handy.

Mine's in for warranty work right now so I have the number handy, it's: 800-356-0766. If it's a warranty issue the guy who handles that end is named Lad. Hope this helps!

Yes I had to replace the handle on our combo unit. As stated the company support was great.

We’ve had our w/d combo fall over during a trip once. We had to replace a circuit board and one other part for the front. However, the door handle remained in great shape. No problems with it. I do have it attached to the floor now!

We had ours break under warranty. Their support was very good. They shipped the new one to the campground where we were staying at the time. The gentleman I talked to in the service dept. also
told us to hold the door handle in the open position while closing it gently, and not to slam the door.
