Can you identify these?

Awhile back there was a discussion about these tie down clips for the recliner.

Someone referred to them ad D-rings. Another member posted a source for more of these tie down clips. I can't find that post using tie down or d-ring. I need the clips or hooks that attach to the tie downs. Thanks for any help you may have

I believe what you have in your photo are marine grade awning tie downs. Most likely they came from West Marine or similar store. You can most likely find the mates that will work with them there as well.

Hi David,
I went to westmarine.com and searched awning tie down then I tried awning, then I tried tie down. No joy.
I'm still on the hunt. Thank you for trying.

kdeiss,
I guess my brain is not working this morning. I went to westmarine.com and searched hardware 780 items, Taylor 347 items and again no luck. I did find Bimini clips but these are not the same thing. If I could prevail upon you would you please go to where you found the item and copy the url and post it? Sorry to be a pain.

Have you tried your local hardware store? They look like things carried there. I'd pull one of yours off and take it with you.

Thanks Ken,
I thought I was going crazy here. I DID find the item you are talking about. It will not work for my application. I am trying to secure a flat screen TV to the wall. The strap will go from top to bottom of the screen and attach two inches above and below the screen. The floor anchors I posted were used to hold down the recliner in the Monty. I want the clips that will attach to these floor anchors. I will be able to use 1 inch wide strap and I can use a sewing machine to fasten the clips to the strap. The Bimini clips you found are too small. So............ I'm still on the hunt.
Thanks for trying,
WorkerB John

I am looking for what I have pictured AND the clips that hook onto the anchors that I have pictured. They come in pretty handy and stay out of the way when not in use.

I got a hand full of those at Home Depot, they are displayed near the bungees and other tie downs. I got two different sizes, they had three different sizes. I also saw them at Lowes..

Those are called "Footman Loops" and are available in several sizes and from several sources just type it in your browser. I use the stainless steel ones for strength and to avoid rust.
