Remote stove shutoff valve

For safety reasons, I am going to install a US Solid remote shutoff valve for the stove on my 2018 Montana High Country. As implied, this can be operated from a cell phone via Wi Fi.
However, I cannot find a schematic of the propane system so I can install the valve in the correct place.
Obviously, the valve should be installed as close to the stove as possible, which may prove to be difficult without dismantling half of the coach, lol.
Any suggestions?

Not sure what model/floor plan you have - but the stove is probably in a slide out. There should be a flexible gas connection under the slide. The steel gas line from the propane tanks should be visible below the coroplast bottom. I am not familiar with the valve you mentioned.

Is this valve 12 volt or 120?

Welcome to the MOC!
The stove slides out easily once you remove the screws holding it in place. There is a flexible propane line easily accessible once you move the stove out a bit.

I have a 2019 MHC and the gas line is clearly visible from the propane tanks, along the outside of the frame of the trailer, and up into the floor of the trailer. From there, it can be seen by pulling out the stove / oven.

As stated above, the connection for the stove is a flexible pipe that connects to the fixed gas black pipe. It is at this location I would connect such a devise if I were adding one.

But, the bigger picture is, the gas will still be under pressure at the furnace too and the water heater. If you are wanting some way to shut the gas off remotely, then it would make better sense to install the shut off devise as near the propane tank regulator as possible.

If I install the valve just after the regulator, then when I shut off the propane flow, it will also shut off the flow to the furnace, which I don't want to do.
I'm not sure there will be enough room behind the stove if I pull it out. Then there's the need for an electrical source to provide USB power to the valve.
The valve is approximately 4x4x3 inches in size, and is USB powered.
It's a US Solid Smart Valve and operated by an app on your cell phone.

Would you elaborate on the "safety reasons" please? Are you going to rely on some kind of sensor like heat or CO to alert you to close the valve? Is it for the awkward question that comes up at dinner out sometimes "did you turn the stove off?"

There are lots of YouTube videos showing stove removal that may give you an idea what the plumbing is like behind the stove.
