Sleeper Couch Not Level

I have a 2017 3660RL. It has a queen sleeper couch. When it is extended, the extended potion is higher than the couch section. Sleeping on it presents obvious problems. Has anyone else experienced this. I am thinking of cutting the extension legs to lower it, not sure if that is best thing to do. How has anyone else resolved this issue?

If you do a search for sleeper sofas you will see my posts of how I fixed that issue . Don’t know why they couldn’t figure that out at the factory

Ours is unlevel also. Our solution: 12 inch thick blow up mattress on the floor and forget the couches!

On our sleeper sofa, there is a flip down bar that supports the foot end of the sofa bed. That bar has a couple of adjustments with a push in button and slide type of connection to allow the bar to slide up and down. Does yours have that adjustment?

There only good if you have some one that you don’t want to stay too long
We had the same problem, I tried adjusting it but no luck. We finally took it out and replaced it with a sofa sleeper for an apartment. Works great.

Good luck
Safe travels

Unhappy

We used our fold out bed with plastic mattress and it sprung a leak on the first time. We took it out and will leave it out. Not comfortable.

Those sofas were made for the raised den modles. The slide out platform is 6 inches higher than the floor. Would need shorter legs
