Slide out adjustments?

The main living room slide is causing damage to the linoleum floor covering where the corners of the slide move over.

Is there any adjustment to get the slide up a bit more when in motion?

Or, maybe some other fix like a roller under the slide?

I am currently at the Lippert class on slide rooms. Here is the slide for the adjustment. Make the B measurement with slide extended. Support slide in the center to make adjustments.

Thanks for the info, appreciate it.

After thinking a bit, I searched for videos on this and found some. However not what I needed, so called Lippert and talked to service tech there.

From talking to the Lippert guy, he suggested the problem is not with their product, but rather something Montana installed during the build. The Lippert stuff is only the mechanism that moves the slide. The adjustments are for sealing the slide to the main coach wall. The adjustments do not set the inboard slide to floor clearance.

Does anyone know if there is a roller or other device installed by Montana to keep the slide itself from rubbing/dragging on the floor as it moves in/out? If so, any details?

You might have a worn or damaged wear bar that the slide rides on. You should be able to see the white plastic bar by lifting the carpet when the slide is extended. If it is not where it’s supposed to be, you might have to pull the slide out to replace it.

Until you get it adjusted (and even then continue to use)
Slide slickers.
https://www.amazon.com/Lippert-13499...lide+sl&sr=8-1
Make your own Slide Slickers. Home depot, Lowe's, Menards. $2 each.
https://www.menards.com/main/floorin...4445975391.htm
Cut it in half, cut off the curved part. Now you have two 4"x24".
Put them under your bed rollers to prevent dent in the floor and/or
Place them at each end and in the middle of your living room/dining room slide on the floor.
