Furnace Trouble

We have been in our unit since mid October. We have a High Country 2016 375FL. Tonite when I went to set the furnace the rear air conditioner came on. We have one thermostat that controls two zones. (Dometic) The furnace is on zone one so I set it to zone one and select Furnace. the zone 1 air conditioner comes on. For now , I shut off the breaker for the Air as a temporary fix. Any ideas I am thinking either the thermostat or a control board. I have used the system many times without this issue.

I had that issue also. I then read the manual on the thermostat and was able to solve the problem. I think I deleted the preprogrammed start and stop times and made sure zone 2 is off for heat as my unit only has one heater. If you don't have the manual you can find it on the Internet. I must say it is not the most user friendly thermostat.

Ensure the fan speed is set to "Auto". The A/C fan running (not the compressor) is a known problem with the fan *NOT* set to "Auto" and running the furnace.

You can Search to find more postings on this "feature". For example":

I just had an issue with my Furnace on my HC 375 FL it began cutting out and refusing to light. After hours troubleshooting I found the factory had wire tied wires too tight going to the furnace lit sensor. The motor vibrations worked the tight wire off of the sensor. Blue wires going to the sensor in the bottom of the unit.
