Heading West
Heading west (from Illinois) for a 6 week trip. Going through MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ, CA, OR, WA. Doing a 7-day cruise to Alaska, then back through MT, WY, CO, KS, MO, and back to Illinois. Some of it will be "poker run" style but some places we are staying a few days and exploring. Hope to see some MOCers on the road!

If you come thru Kansas on I-70, US 56 or US 50 we are at our home base in Wilsey, Ks. We have dual hookups, so if we don't have someone there first it's free camping.

We workkamp at a great campground in Grand Lake CO (west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park). Sounds like an awesome trip! Let us know if you come our way!

Nice trip. I will be headed west in August. Wyoming hunting and trout fishing Montana hunting.

I don't have the campground reservations in front of me, but I want to say we are staying somewhere around Junction City one night. I will give you guys a call if we stick to that route on the return trip. Thanks.
