Leaking cargo door

The curb side front cargo door on my 2005 2955 leaks every time it rains. All the other doors are watertight. I have checked out everything and the only thing I can find that may be causing the problem is the very small seal Keystone uses around the inside of the door - any ideas out there?

Obviously I can't see your seal. Is it possible that the seal is slightly off its intended location? If it is the removing of that area of the seal and resetting it may help. Seal material of different thicknesses may be purchased at building supply houses. Perhaps replacing the seal with a thicker seal would get it done. Maybe someone else can come along a give better counsel. A phone discussion with the service manager of your dealership could being light to the subject or even the parts guy.

My service guy to keep them from leaking keep them locked so they are tight against the seal on both sides worked for me.

Check the metal ridge that the foam seal is attached to and see if it has a bend or kink in the metal. If you do not see a bend or kink then check the seal to see if it is compressesd or permentely wore out. If this leaking is when it is parked check more around the top and sides of the door area.Like above put on a new seal and see whar happens.

Our front seals haven't leaked yet, but they were twisted and the glue side was stuck to the door when it was raised. I'm going to replace the seals myself with thicker ones and hope they don't stick to the door the same way.

Ours leaked badly on the 2003, I finally found the leak. The water was hitting the door, sliding down and going between the door surface and the edge of the channel around the door, down to the bottom of the door proper, inside the channel, then up and over the inside edge of the channel. I put a bead of silicone on the outside edge of the channel, all the way around, and the leak went away.
