If we were in a motorhome, we'd be paying big buck

Our truck broke down on Saturday morning. If we were in a motorhome, our dwelling would be in the repair shop for all these nights and we'd be paying a major bill for staying in a hotel. One more good reason for buying a fifth wheel.

Sorry to hear this. Hope it wasn't anything major, and you can continue as planned shortly.

Thanks for all the sympathy and concern, everyone. We're still waiting to hear. Communication isn't great around here. We can walk across the street to the lodge and use our phone card, which, thankfully, our daughter gave me for my birthday. But the dealer can't call us. Last night Glen called the dealer who had said they close at 7 pm. When he called at 6:40, the lady at the desk told him the office closes at 7 but the repair shop closes at 6:30. Isn't that the way it always happens. She didn't have a repair slip for billing yet so she assumed they didn't get it done.
