Adding pictures and weather alert sings to email

Can someone tell me how you add the pictures of your montanas and all the little goodies to your messages? I am at a total loss, Thanks

If you'll browse to: http://geocities.com/montanaowners/
I'm sure you'll find the answers.

Click on FAQ at the top of the page. There are detailed instructions on adding hperlinks, making fonts larger and different colors, etc.
Happy trails...................

But where do you find the little design logos, i.e. "Merry Christmas" to put in your signature? I couldn't find a link to those.

Judy, when I asked Sue at the rally she said "Search the Web". I figured she doesn't want to tell us ALL her secrets.

You can have my secrets. It really is "search the web" however I'll tell you a couple of places to look. www.webdeveloper.com/animations is a good one and I also use Microsoft Office clipart and media website. If you do a search for animated graphics, you'll get a lot of places to look. Don't pay for any because there are plenty of free ones. I use to use Teachers Parking Lot but their web site isn't there any longer and I haven't tried very hard to find them. When I was working I did a lot of PowerPoint presentations for training and was always looking for something new and different. Sometimes you can copy (save as) animations from other web sites you visit that you like. That is how I found my parrots. It takes a lot of time to search for these things so plan on spending some time. Good Luck.
Happy trails..................

you can search the Internet for "animated GIFs". When you find one you like, right click on it and do a "copy" or "save picture as" and put it wherever you like. If you want to make it work in an e-mail, your e-mail needs to be "HTML" (rather than Rich text or Plain Text). The right click trick will work on almost anything on the Internet (including the things you see posted/attached here).

Thanks for those suggestions, Sue and VanMan. I'll start looking. I need to spruce up my act a little.....or go back to Alaska to get more pictures.

I've tried many times to get the gizmo weather thingy from wunderground.com on my desktop and while I can put it on it doesn't keep the current time. I did email the company but who knows if they will ever reply. If anyone has a solution I'd sure appreciate hearing it!

Not all of the cities have a connection that keeps the correct time. The time that shows is the last time that particular area updates. Bigger cities probably are more accurate. The temps are not always correct either.
Happy trails......................
