Fresh Water Tank Drain

I have a new to us 3000RK and I am sanitizing the fresh water tank and lines. How do you drain the fresh water tank? I open the low point drain lines and very little comes out. What else am I supposed to open? Do I need to run the pump to drain the tank?

Drain valve should be right under the tank.

On my 300rk it is a tube hanging out of the coroplast on the bottom, almost in line with the fresh water fill. Has a cap that screws off. Some have replaced the cap with a valve so you just open with a twist.

I thought I had a better pic - but you can see it hanging down toward the back...

If you travel/camp in freezing temperatures, dont forget to insulate it. I used double layers of pipe insulation to cover it.
