Axles
I have a 2018 3791RD, I was under it today and noticed the front axle was arched and the rear axle was straight from side to side. 5th wheel was on level ground and leveled on the jacks. No obvious tire where. Is this normal?

Both axles, with no load on them, should have the same arc. With equal load on the two axles, again, they should have the same arc. You may need to replace the flat axle, because that camber is what gives your tires proper life. The flat axle will probably cause severe wear on the insides of those tires.

How are the tires wearing and for how many miles?

The only sure way to determine if you have an issue is to take it to a truck/heavy equipment alignment service for a check.

Like mentioned, the arch in the tube is what gives your fiver positive camber. I'd get it aligned instead of replaced ... in today's world there's no guarantee that a replacement axle will be much better. Been there a time or two ... done that ... still have the T shirt. Don't fret about naysayers telling you the alignment won't last ... they do last ... have that T shirt as well.

Dexter just replaced both my axles after 2 sets of tires and going on a 3rd. Haven’t towed with the new axles but they said this should correct the alignment issue and warned me not to align them... ugh

Sure they don't want you to align their axles ... they can sell more to the unsuspecting public that way. We ordered a set of Dexter axles for a Forest River fiver last year ... one had absolutely no camber in it right out of the crate (axle tube was totally straight with no bow). I refused acceptance at IRC depot and a week or so later another was sent out.

I must add dexter did replace them for free, I had to pay for labor to install. They also took all measurements to ensure ll contacts points were square and straight...we will see !!
I must add when I called Dexter gave them the serial number they wanted to replace the axles ASAP for free... no fighting nothing...

I understand about free and good customer service ... I was just clarifying Dexter's reasoning not to go the alignment route for those of us out of warranty or who Dexter won't smile upon so favorably.
As for the measurements your installer took upon replacing the axles ... all will probably work out for you. Just be clear ... camber and toe-in is supposedly set at Dexter's manufacturing plant. The measurements an installer takes just verifies the axles are square with one another and perpendicular to your frame. The two specs are not interchangeable nor measured by the same means.

I hear ya. I was actually out of warranty. I’m sure at some point I’ll need to get them aligned...

Dollars to donuts keystone uses the same frame for all the fivers so now you have a 3791 and all that rear storage with a fresh tank of water for you cannot use the rear storage the rear axle will be overweight how do I know I did it, Cat scales way the entire RV. not each individual axle which is what needs to be done, so if you use that rear storage chances are that’s what flattened out that rear axle and possibly the springs you have 3500 pound springs 7000 pound axles it’s easy to be under your GVRW and be over on your axles. Yeah so next month meaning April they’re putting 8000 pound axles preferably 5000 pound springs and disc brakes being full-time everything we have is in the RV but yet we are nowhere near our GVRW, but we are overweight on the rear axle continuously which means I cannot use the hitch for our bicycles they have to go in the truck constantly.

Be sure to weigh your rig to know if the weight (load) needs to be reduced or redistributed.
