After a rain deluge I found water pooled on the counter behind the stove. Removing the window quickly revealed the problem. They appear to use some sort of adhesive to seal the edge of the hole they cut for the window. There was excess dried around the entire perimeter that obviously wouldn't seal. I carefully scraped it off with a razor blade, cleaned everything up with alcohol, and reinstalled the window using the same seal which other than having some chunks of insulating foam embedded in it still seemed fine.
Decided to follow the RV Geeks procedure of putting a bead of sealant across the top. You can fast forward to 11:00 to see the caulking part.
The entire perimeter looked like the sections in the pictures.
The last picture shows the window reinstalled with caulk above the window.
