Dick & Lynwood, I do have a "Snap On" torque wrench - but it was no where near that price. Mine listed for $600 something and I got it for around half that. The reason I got the deal on it is Snap On doesn't actually make their electric torque wrenches, they buy them and put their name on it. So I bought mine from their supplier. It's a pleasure to use on head bolts and crankshaft main bearings. Wheels and tires are just icing on the cake.

While I can state that I've an over 50 year old Snap-On 3/8" ratchet that still works great, I think I'll pass on this one . . (couldn't live long enough to recoup my investment).
