MT 287 to 359 to 90

I’m leaving Idaho outside Yellowstone heading to Glacier. My RV GPS as well as RV Trip Wizard sends me up 287 onto MT 2 then to 90. Truck GPS and Google shoot me over 359 from 287 to 90. That’s shorter and Google earth makes it look ok, maybe even better. Anyone have any experience they can share? Thanks! And by the way…next week Glacier is expected to have a couple of days in the 100s! Not why I left south Florida but it will still be beautiful!

I have towed 359 to the 287 (South bound) and don't remember anything bad about it. I would do it again if heading in that direction. I think you should be fine.
