General Questions before I call the manufacturer
Hello....I'm "fairly" new to the RV world. I've been on here a couple times, and everyone has been so helpful. I need to call the manufacturer about some issues, but was wondering if any folks with RV experience might be willing to talk with me for a few minutes first?? I want to have as much knowledge as I can before calling them......anyone willing to talk/share?

Sherri there's no problem with asking questions or sharing your concerns, I figure some, if not many, have had the same issues and can hopefully address them.

You will be better off asking your questions here first, the manufacturer numbers you are calling are often staffed by people working from home often in foreign countries and either are just lacking in knowledge or paid to deter you from making a valid claim. When I have no choice but to use one of them I plan on spending 4 hours on the phone and will go through as many as a dozen agents before finally getting usually a 3rd level support person to resolve the issue in my favor.
