We toured a "Big Sky" today!
Yep we sure did, we went to the hills of W VA and had dinner with our dear friends Bingo & family today then they took us to their Big Sky. That is one beautiful camper. Nice mods with the dishwasher and everything. I mentioned that it was sloping downhill in the back end and very shortly after that the floor started to level itself. Very nice indeed, however we can’t spend very much time looking because we wouldn’t want the same bug that bit them to get a hold of us.
Thanks for a great afternoon bingo, You guys have a really great looking Montana!

It was good to see you guys again, been too long. Will have to figure out the unlevel floor? Evidently the level-up can go off level during extended times of inactivity??? Anybody experienced this before? Manually leveled it for the tour, then had to retract side and rear and auto-level again to get it set correctly. Guess I will be making more frequent trips to the rig to check. It had sat about ten weeks.

That doesn't sound right to me. I know we are aren't supposed to do it, but we usually stay 2-3 months or more in one spot without bringing the rams up and have never had to relevel.

We've noticed periodic mini earthquake type sensations while living in our Big Sky. The frequency of these movements is directly related to the softness of the ground that we are parked on. We use 2 ft. long 2x10's under each pad when we park. It isn't uncommon to notice that several or all of these boards have sunk into the ground somewhat in softer ground. We camped in one location for 2 months and literally had to dig the boards out of the ground when we were ready to move. The frequency of movement sensations is directly related to the softness of the ground. Can't say that we've ever noticed any movement of the rams.

We're with Dick and Joyce, have sat for extended periods and never needed to re-level on either the Montana or SOB.
