Tank is in
OK I got it in and it looks very nice. to bad that pump sticks up in the air so much, it would be nice if it were detachable, like a quick disconect.

Very nice TrailerTrash. I wouldn't fret about the pump because other trucks I've seen with a tank and a pump look the same way, so it doesn't look odd.

Naw, I got lots of room up there, I used to carry 2 mountain bikes where that tank us, and they took up more room than the tank and were higher also. I dont believe I have ever made a turn that sharp where I'm 90 degrees, but it is a good thing to check the next time I hook up, I know I can leave the tail gate down and turn right or left without it hitting the trailer. Thanks for the sugestion I;ll let you know just how close it does get.

Looks good Don. That is the tank I have. Works great. That pump should really be good. That little brass vent fitting near your fill neck might want to spit from time to time when traveling. Ray at RDS told me to add a rubber tube and create a P trap and that will stop the siphoning effect. I just coiled up a piece between the tank and the front of the bed with a plastic wire tie. Haven't had a chance to test it yet.

Thanks Joe about the vent hose, I just wrote a review to Northerrn Tool on the tank mentioning that, along with the mounting brackets being flimzy. and no instalation papers.
