Wheelchair Lift for 3400RL

My wife will soon be wheelchair bound and we don't want to give up our RV travels. We have a 2007 Montana 3400RL 5th wheel and are looking for an electric lift to put the chair into the RV. We have searched the web for wheelchair lifts and they all seem to be for a van or externally mounted for a truck. Does anyone know of a company which offers an RV lift or can customize one for a 350 pound powerchair? Thanks.
