Has anyone installed keyless on a 2021 with full body paint? Were there any issues? I've seen videos (of SOB) that showed a stick-on black vinyl background being appplied because the keyless lock didn't cover the unpainted area that showed when the OEM lock was removed.

It is not unpainted, but the base coat may show. This is what the Carmtek lock looks like on full body paint; just a small area on top showing the base coat. I didn't think it was necessary to install the black thing. The RV Lock might have a different foot print.

I have the one on the right and the handle lock part is already broken. Took me an hour to get in our 2020 Montana 3811ms. Deadbolt works tho. Wish the had a combo lock for it. Haven't found one yet.....

Just picked these up at the Tampa RV show Thursday. It is a Bauer NE keyless lock and a BP 35 door handle for the rear door. Installed both in about an hour. Replaced the OEM perfectly.

I'm glad I saw this as we have a 2020 3812MS and I was about to order one... Guess we are stuck with the old handles...

There is a year or so of RVs that have a different door handle design that these will not fit on. They are an upright pull-down type. I found this out because mine has that type. I talked to a few technicians and salesfolks at an RV show in Tampa and they said it was only for a short period of time and not common on many models, but apparently it is on mine.

Yup, ours too has the newer vertices one.
Sure miss the combo lock and not having to use the key less an emergency (as when battery goes dead) lol

Look up Bauer Locks. I bought on Amazon and it fits perfectly. I also have a Montana 2021 and is so much better than the Rv lock products. Plus free returns thru Amazon if not satisfied
