Engine Gauge Recommendations?

Our '03 F350 6.0L PSD with AT has a built-in transmission oil temperature gauge on the dash but I'd like to add aftermarket gauges. Specifically, I'd like gauges for EGT, engine oil pressure and/or temp. The Ford built-in oil pressure gauge is more of a switch. At or above 8psi it goes to "normal". Below that it drops to or near zero. So, it's not truly a gauge.

What gauges (brand) and dealer do you folks recommend? Which gauge (which measures) do you recommend (egt, oil pressure, etc.)?

I read somewhere that Banks has pillar pod gauges (which is what I'd like) for the '02 and earlier models but not yet for the '03, which has an 'oh s**t' handle on the pillar. I would not have a problem losing the handle although it is handy for climbing into the truck.

Thanks.
