So once again I have fixed the Furnace... Im crossing my fingers.
Ill check tomorrow morning to see if it is a firm fix.
Again, I went back to the electrode and behold even though I had adjusted it to the 1/8th inch gaps when I installed it, both electrodes were touching the burner head. So, I lightly sanded all the mount contact points and wire connection blades with a Dremel and readjusted the electrodes, put everything back together. Same problem except the furnace would run for about a minute now instead of seconds, so I was close to something I thought. So pulled the unit out again to examine, couldn’t see anything slapping me in the face so I went and replaced the burner head (I didn’t think there was a dam thing wrong with it) since I had a new one, put everything back together and presto the Furnace was acting like it was supposed to. Coming on and off according to the thermostat settings and I changed it a few times....
I can say without hesitation I hate my furnace and if something more reliable comes along as a replacement, I might get it. Or at least redesign the electrode assembly. I went to college for electrical engineering.
In any case, hopefully its still functioning properly tomorrow and I can cancel the technician coming Monday.
Thanks for all the advice. Hope to see you sometime in the pull through next to me at the camp site. We'll through back a Whisky...

Good job.
I wonder, is there any chance there are spider webs "INSIDE" the burner directly underneath the tip of the flame sensor causing no flame at that particular place, thus cutting off the milli-volt current the flame sensor needs.
In the picture it's obvious water intrusion caused rust and blocked up this burner tube.
