Kitchen Gray Tank Not Dumping

New Montana Legacy 2230 RL. 2 gray tanks, one for kitchen & one for bath. From day 1, one gray tank iNCommand LED screen = 1/3 full, and dumping gray tanks = 1/3 full. 9 days of light use kitchen sink backed up. Removed kitchen sink p-trap & snaked line all the way to the gray tank = no blockage. There is only one gray tank dump pull lever for both gray tanks. Conclusion: Factory didn't attached kitchen sink gray tank dump-valve to the gray tank dump lever, or there is some other malfunction with that valve. On trip, so can't take to dealer. Ideas?

If you have a 3123RL, then you should have 2 dump valves for your 2 grey tanks.

One of them is in the wet bay next to your black tank valve handle, the other is underneath your kitchen slide.

As stated in post #2 you’ve likely missed seeing the second dump valve. Go fish

there is another dump valve its usually in front of one of the tires on driver side. I'm not sure but there maybe another compartment door on side that has a dump valve in it. otherwise look under you will find it.

See pic below for where my tank handles are located.
Your rear tank handle is probably about the same distance back as mine - but yours would be under the slideout. My rig has a rear gray and black tank (for a half bath)

Thanks for your posts! I found the valve lever in the wheel well just outside of the kitchen slide out. BTW, my Montana is a 3123 RL, not as I said in my original post.

You might find it easier when discussing the two grey tanks to refer to the bath tank as the grey tank, but the kitchen tank as the galley tank. It seems most of these rigs always has the galley tank drain pull under the rig.

Thanks. I'm new to Montana 5th wheels, so I'm still learning the nomenclature.
