Sounds like you've got it. Be sure to use large enough wire between the panels down to your inverter. Some have use wire that was too small and ended up losing amperage from the panels to the inverter. My own personal feelings (and they're just that) is I would use the 12V Lifeline sealed AGM batteries rather than the golf cart batteries. If you're mounting the inverter in the same compartment as the batteries, the batteries give off gas and that's a no-no near the inverter. Just my opinion. Others will agree/disagree.
