Bruce - I see you are a new member. I would recommend you start a new thread specific to your issue rather than tack it on to old thread from 2018.

On a 2005, there is a junction box under each slide where the 12V (and 120V) transition into the slide from the chassis. They are known to leak and cause corrosion., I would start there.
