Slow Rise Blinds

Does anyone know where I can find just the small piece of plastic that fits inside the cone part of the spring on the slow rise blinds. I bought the new spring last year and it's broken now. It's only the little piece of plastic that is breaking.

Or maybe a place to buy better quality of blinds.

The one with the spring on it, if you look in the end where the adjusters fit into the end of the bell-shaped plastic you can see a round piece of clear plastic that fits over the rod end. It allows you to tighten/loosen the spring with adjuster disc.
