Use a hairdryer or heatgun to soften the graphic and plastic scraper. Clean up glue with lacquer thinner or enamel reducer or goo gone

I agree, use a hair dryer and when its warm it should come right off.

This is a step by step guide for the graphics removal that we received from Burlington Graphics System when we received our new Montana decal:
• Soften graphic and adhesive by first warming the graphic with a heat gun or blow dryer. Facing graphic to the sun on a warm day will also help.
• After removing graphic, any remaining adhesive can be removed by using chemical cleaners such as lacquer thinner or citrus cleaner.
• Make sure to thoroughly clean residue left behind by these chemicals with isopropyl alcohol before applying a replacement graphic.

Well, IMO the REAL easy way is to take the rig to a reputable paint/custom shop and let them do it.
. . . I'm just sayin
