Broken electrial bracket
We have a 2006 Montana 3400 and have a broken electrial bracket under our 3rd back slide. ( It bends with the wiring under the computer station slide) It snapped off at the wall from vibration. Has anyone had this problem and if so did they put in a better bracket? Mine is some sort of a plastic type material. Hopefully the replacement will be much stronger. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you are referring to but if it is the plastic thing that holds all the wiring and moves back and forth with the slide, then it probably didn't break from vibration but from too much bending back and forth. Several people have had this problem and used a door hinge to fix it. There were pictures posted sometime back. Do a search for hinge and go back as far as you can. Our living room slide also broke and we kept it together for a while with duck tape but as soon as it cools down Ed will put the hinge on that one also.
Happy trails......................

Same thing happened to us about 2 months after we bought it. We had the entertainment side fixed and not it is the livingroom slide. Paul is still in the hospital so it looks like that will be up to me also. I have been keeping up pretty good so I don't think this should be much of a problem......I hope!

Thanks for the hinge advice. I'll cancel my dealer appointment.

Thanks Glenn, that is what I needed. If I see it first then it isn't a problem. It is when I haven't seen it that I sit and wonder if I can do it....
